We preemptively alert the County that the historic two-page double-sided ballot, densely filled with paragraph-long propositions will be difficult to fill out and so risks long lines, voter frustration, and voter suppression as people abandon the lines.
Ballot voting trials, past vote center traffic, and peak voting patterns are used to argue the risks. Solutions are offered as well as cautions related to new vote procedures approved by Arizona legislators.
